Leaks and Storm Damage

RoofRepair

Stop the Water First

Roof Leak Repair That Starts With the Source

A leaking roof needs attention quickly. Water left alone stains ceilings and wallboard, shortens the life of the roof, affects indoor air quality and can reach the structure. The sooner it is stopped, the less there is to repair afterward.

We assess the roof when we arrive, stop water from entering the building and then work on the cause, so the fix is for the leak itself and not only the stain.

Repairs include flashings, punctures, storm-damaged sections and metal roof damage, from small patches to larger repairs. Where the roof cannot be repaired the same day, we protect it with a temporary cover until it can be.

We use interior thermal imaging to look for moisture you cannot see, and we photograph and write up the repair so your records and your claim are complete.

Water that gets past a roof settles into ceilings, insulation and walls. If that has happened, our water damage team can dry the structure, and if moisture lingers, our mold remediation team can check what it left behind. See also our other roofing pages.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions About Roof Repair

How much does it cost?

Frontline Restoration does not publish flat prices, since every roof is different. We start with a free inspection, explain what we find, and give you options before any work begins.

Can you repair a roof after a storm?

Yes. We repair storm damage and, when the roof needs to be protected first, we cover it right away and plan the permanent repair after.

How do I know whether to repair or replace?

We inspect the roof first. If a repair will do the job we say so, and if the roof is past repair we explain why and walk you through replacement options.

Will my insurance cover the work?

Coverage depends on your policy and your insurer, and we cannot promise an outcome. What we do is document the damage with photos, explain what we found in plain terms, and bill your insurance company directly on your behalf.
